The Wound Care Center at St. Francis Medical Center practices a multidisciplinary approach. We perform comprehensive diagnostic testing to evaluate your specific needs. From there, we develop a personalized care plan using advanced healing therapies that get you back to a healthy life as quickly as possible, with care, concern, and compassion. We share weekly updates with your primary care physician or referring physician who remain active in your treatment plan. Our support services may include vascular evaluation and treatment, pharmacy and wound care supplies.

About the Wound Care Center

Located on the St. Francis Medical Center campus, the Wound Care Center is staffed by physicians with extensive training in wound care. We specialize in the treatment of wounds that have become chronic or difficult to heal. Our team includes

How to Make an Appointment

Your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or allied healthcare provider can refer you to us. We also offer consultations. Please call 310-900-8040 to make an appointment.

A referral is not needed for a consultation.

When arriving for your appointment, please bring a list of your medications, your insurance card and a photo ID.

Wound Healing Starts Here

We understand you may be nervous when coming for your appointment and may have questions. When you visit the Wound Care Center, our team will examine your wound and review your health and medical history. Tests may be completed to determine blood flow, tissue oxygenation and determine if you have an infection. Once the team reviews your information, they will work with your physician to map out your treatment plan.
