    Working as an Outpatient Pharmacist is the best experience so far. I can't imagine working anywhere else other than Prime Healthcare Services. I have been at this location for almost 3 years and still love it every day. Prime has let me focus on what I do best as a pharmacist. The staff and management at Prime are friendly, easy to work with and the Inpatient pharmacy is very supportive. Prime also has the best health insurance for employees.

    I love the Professional & Caring Staff! I get admitted once a year for my respiratory therapy and maintenance. I get my own clean room with wonderful picturesque views of Southern Cali. The multi-positional bed is comfortable and the WiFi is healthy & consistent. I also love the food! The Chefs know how to put together healthy and hearty meals! When I am discharged, I feel great! My lungs and internal organs are refreshed and all toxins are flushed out! Overall: 5 stars out of 5.

    Got rushed here after having my motorcycle accident a couple of weeks ago. From the Trauma Team to the RNs, to the CNAs to the PT and OT, and everyone else who helped and aided me to get better and took care of me made me feel at home and I couldn't have asked for a better team that was with me during my stay. Hard-working, passionate people here and I appreciate that so much. There's not enough words In the dictionary to acknowledge the experience I had. Thank you for everything. PS: the food was delicious every single time.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the care and quickness of service we received at St. Francis. We went to ER and was seen within 15 minutes of checking in. My son was admitted shortly after. He ended up staying for a few days. He was made comfortable with his pain and ran every possible tests to ensure the right diagnosis. I appreciate the kindness and patience the nurses provided. I will definitely make St. Francis my first option for emergency/urgent care.

    Had been admitted to this hospital 3x already for surgery. And all I can say is positive, from the security guards, admitting department, nurses and doctors. They are all kind, professional and has a positive attitude towards patient. You won’t get intimidated asking them questions. Special mention to the Ms. Rosalie and Ms. Rhea (the best nurses ever). And of course to my Doctor, Dr. Alemi Farzad, the best surgeon.

    I had a scheduled surgery 48 hours ago in the St. Francis OR. Everyone from the check-in to the lab technicians to the nurses and doctors were top notch! They ALL treated me with care and kindness. Thank you!
