St. Francis Medical Center welcomed the first baby born in 2024 at our hospital on January 1st . Natalia Zoe arrived at 1:16 am. She was 19.5″ long and 6.86 pounds. She is healthy and beautiful.
St. Francis Medical Center’s healthcare team in the Family Life Center delivers approximately 3,000 babies annually. They see Baby Natalia’s birth as a propitious start to 2024.
“To help bring the first baby of 2024 into the world just makes what we do all the more joyous, and we are looking forward to the year ahead,” said Gwinette Cowan, MSN, RN, Senior Director of St. Francis Medical Center’s Women’s and Children’s Services. “Every baby born is a celebration of life.”
