DAISY Award—Nursing Staff: This award recognizes the extraordinary work that nurses do every day and is given quarterly to an outstanding and compassionate nurse.

BEE Award—All Other Roles: The BEE award is given quarterly to colleagues in departments such as Environmental Services, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Case Management, Food & Nutrition and Transport, as well as secretaries, nurse aides, physicians and other employees throughout the medical center.

PETALS Award—Teams: The Passionately Engaged Teams Always Lending Support award is given quarterly to teams to honor their performance, dedication, and diligence of the medical center.

PERC Award: PERC Award (Practitioner of Excellence in Respiratory Care) – The PERC Award is given annually to a Respiratory Therapist (RT) who represents the hospital’s mission in his/her daily work, delivering compassionate, quality care to patients and better healthcare to communities. The awardee provides treatment with the highest level of skill while delivering care with respect and consideration for patients and their families. The awardee advances collaboration and a positive patient experience, contributing to a supportive environment for those providing and those receiving care. Patients, patients’ family members, physicians, co-workers, and leaders are encouraged to nominate a deserving RT for the PERC Award.
