FREE Prenatal Class (bilingual English/Spanish)
St. Francis Medical Center is offering free Prenatal Classes designed for expectant mothers who are 28+ weeks pregnant and their support persons. These classes provide valuable information and guidance to help parents prepare for a healthy and confident birthing experience. Topics include mental health and exercise, nutrition, recognizing early signs of labor, managing high blood pressure, and tips for breastfeeding and bonding with your baby.
Classes will be held at the Patient Tower Auditorium from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Parking is validated for all attendees, and moms-to-be will receive a special goody bag. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from healthcare professionals, ask questions, and connect with other expectant parents in a supportive environment.

St. Francis Medical Center ofrece clases prenatales gratuitas diseñadas para futuras mamás con más de 28 semanas de embarazo y sus acompañantes. Estas clases brindan información valiosa y orientación para ayudar a los padres a prepararse para una experiencia de parto saludable y segura. Los temas incluyen salud mental y ejercicio, nutrición, cómo reconocer los primeros signos del trabajo de parto, control de la presión arterial alta y consejos sobre la lactancia materna y el vínculo con el bebé.
